Transport Assessment/Statements

We prepare Transport Assessments and Transport Statements in accordance with national guidance, Transport for London (including Healthy Streets), and local planning and highway authority published requirements. We have considerable experience working on all scales and types (both private and public) of development projects across the country.

Transport Assessments and Transport Statements will consider existing or extant uses, existing traffic conditions, proposed development uses, and resultant traffic impact.  We will then suggest suitable mitigation measures to overcome any problem if necessary.

Travel Plans

A Travel Plan is often required to support a planning application (especially as we head toward more sustainable travel options), a provides a suite of initiatives and measures to promote sustainable transport options such as cycling, walking, carsharing and public transport and to encourage people to use these options in order to reduce car bourne journeys.

As well as preparing Travel Plans for all types of developments across the country, we also act as Travel Plan Coordinator’s for our clients, administering the agreed travel plan measures, travel surveys and Monitoring Reports for submission to local planning authorities.
