Site Analysis and Feasibility

Our transport planning experts are experienced in evaluating sites against both national and local highway design standards and transport related planning policy to maximise development opportunities.

We offer site analysis and feasibility advice to our clients as early input is often critical to the success of scheme, as access issues (road width, visibility splays, swept paths), parking and servicing can have a significant bearing on the project.

We can provide early advice to our clients on the anticipated impact of their proposed development on the highway network. This information can then used to provide guidance as to what would be considered a suitable level of development on-site.
