Expert Witness (public inquires) and Public meetings
A Planning application may be refused by the local planning authority (LPA) and in such circumstances, an applicant has the right to appeal the decision. There are three forms of appeal, each of which are heard by the Planning Inspectorate; written representations, a local hearing or public inquiry.
We have considerable experience at representing both private and public clients (LPA) at planning appeals. You will see under our ‘Case Studies’ section success in this area, either by defending decisions for LPA’s or successfully appealing them on behalf of private clients.
