Parking Surveys, Traffic Surveys, Travel Surveys

Parking stress surveys are typically carried out to support planning applications or in relation to planning conditions or obligations.  Parking is becoming a more contentious issue as development moves away from providing parking on-site and the need for such surveys is ever increasing.

We undertake parking stress surveys for all types and scales of development. On-street parking surveys are typically carried out following the commonly used “Lambeth Methodology” (Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note 2012).

We also carry out other types of traffic surveys or organise surveys with specialist survey companies on behalf of our clients.

Travel Surveys are often required by Travel Plans to asses travel modes to and from a development.  The result of the survey will then determine suitable measures to help reduce car use and promote sustainable travel choices.  We experienced at organising and analysing surveys for inclusion with Travel Plans and monitoring reports.
