Highway Capacity Modelling

Traffic modelling helps us understand the current and projected traffic scenarios associated with a development which we use to appraise and improve access points/junctions and highway networks.   Our experts can assist in the development of suitable solutions which may include junction improvement, optimisation of traffic signals, and signal coordination and road layout design. 

Our services include;  

  • Data collection (traffic surveys) and analysis;
  • Signalised junction modelling and optimisation using OSCADY and LINSIG and TRANSYT
  • Junction assessments using ARCADY and PICADY (JUNCTIONS 9)
  • Micro-simulation models using VISSIM, PARAMICS
