Construction Logistics Plans

We prepare Construction Logistics Plans and Construction Management Plans to support planning applications or to discharge planning conditions for a range of development proposals across the county.

Our reports are prepared in accordance with both local and national planning and highway authority guidance.  We undertake numerous Construction Logistics Plans in accordance with Transport for London’s ‘Construction Logistics Plan Guidance’, as well as proforma questionnaires prescribed by many London Boroughs.

Additionally we can also provide Highway Condition Surveys to ensure that only remedial works to the Highway Network directly associated to the construction of the development are necessary, to avoid potential otherwise onerous costs relating to existing highway maintenance issues.
